Inspection...inspection...inspection

Fingers are crossed, rabbits foot is in pocket, eyes are out for black cats crossing our path.

Thus far we have reviewed a Stucco inspection report and a home inpsection report (including many digital photos). Hats off to the inspectors who provided excrutiating details (which is what we wanted). We have asked the sellers for an extension to the inspection period, so we can have an electrician evaluate the electrical system's integrity/safety and have a dry rot contractor provide an estimate for recommended fixes (primarily related to the windows). We are cautiously optimistic about the costs involved, but we will feel better when we have additional $details$. Oh yeah, and one more thing..., we will be renovating the basement bathroom. Just another day!
