Rose Garden & Blues Festival

This afternoon Nanie, Jenny, and Robert had lunch at Hot Lips Pizza in the Pearl District and then we (and the rest of Portland) visited the International Rose Test Garden at Washington Park.

In the early evening Jenny and Robert went to the Water front Blues Festival. We parked on the east side of the river and walked across the Hawthorne Bridge. We only saw a couple acts (including Buckwheat Zydeco, but had a great time. The Festival goes on for 5 days! If you don't have too many life obligations (work), it would be a great place to spend a few days.
