Courtyard Senior Living: The resident who planned to vacate the 2 bedroom unit has decided to stay.

Robert & Jenny: Uuuhhhh.... Didn't she sign a letter of intent to vacate?

Courtyard Senior Living: Well .... Yes

Robert & Jenny: Oh well, too bad. It sounds like the current resident will be moving into the available 1 bedroom because you promised us the 2 bedroom....
