Courtyard Senior Living - Update

Well, as it turns out, the resident who was supposed to move out of the 2 bedroom unit would have been asked to do so IF she had signed a letter of intent to vacate. HOWEVER, she did not sign anything. Jenny and I received a call from the manager. He fully explained the situation and handled it as professionally as could be expected. He was very nice and fully respected the chaos and frustration this situation had caused.

The result ... Nanie will need to initially move into a 1 bedroom, but she is 1st on the waiting list for a 2 bedroom.
